By Norah's birthday, we were a little bit "caked out!" James had the great idea to get some gelato from the local gelateria and stick some candles in it. Norah was happy because she got to choose the flavors: Bacio (chocolate hazelnut), Strawberry, and Stracciatella (chocolate chip).

I missed it -- what kinds of cake did you and James pick out for yourselves?
Norah sure is turning into a lovely young lady! Why do they grow up so fast?
Amanda: We went out for dinner for my birthday, so James and I each had a decadent dessert. Then, I made a big carrot cake and some brownies for the big birthday celebration with everyone, and then a yellow cake for Luke for his birthday. Then, as we were all caked out, we had ice cream for Norah's, and James' cake is on the way!
