The Pacifier keeps Norah happy for most of the trip. We still haven't settled on a name for the device. We like "choo choo", "pipe", and "thingy" (that's Chiara's name for it--since she can't remember the name of anything after losing so many brain cells during pregnancies 1 and 2).
