Here in IL we have some voracious mosquitoes--they bite during the day, in the sunshine, and they are quickly able to hone in on areas I miss with the repellent (i.e., Luca's face and around his eyes). Consequently, he has been a bit of a mess lately; his mosquito bites swell up and weep fluid--let's just say he has looked better!

We're having the exact same problem. It's because they're so sweet! ;) Our ped said some people put bug spray on a hat, so maybe you could try that? Otto just seems so little for bug spray, so we're not letting him sit outside without one of us holding him and moving around.
